DESIGN SALES ASSOCIATE
Customer Service
- Greet customers and interact with a positive attitude
- Provide design suggestions to customers
- Draft custom furniture and product quotes
- Partner with store manager to resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
Sales Duties
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Motivate and create energy in the store
- Refresh and refill the store as needed
- Collaborate with team to identify opportunities
- Clienteling
- Help to identify priority clients and develop strategy
Location
Asheville, NC

Full Time (40+ hours a week)
Schedule
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Qualifications
Must have 2+ years experience in retail sales and merchandising
